- Encourage more A-class member’s children to join; restrict new 5-year associates through stricter evaluation
- Transparent numbered/date wise application process with secret ballot for new memberships and avoid out-of-turn interview calls
- Diligent exercise to remove ghost members from membership roster
- No additional sporting charge other than golf for outstation members
