• Revamp/enhance unbiased golf order of merit to serve as a guide for RCGC golf team; also a junior order of merit for our club

Bowling & Maidan

• RCGC lawn bowls open tournament
• Wall of trophies to display rich traditions of the maidan
• Dedicated bowling green maintenance machinery & engage pro shop to provide equipment
• Children’s corner for families
• Try for nod for maidan to open till 10 pm twice a month
• Upgrade infrastructure like kitchen, restrooms, and storage

• White paper for members on the modern world class indoor sporting and F&B facility/building/annexe
• Options for alternative banquet to be used in lieu of our range

Membership | Seniors, Out-station members

• Removal of existing 5% cap and enabling all seniors to avail discount & benefits: No increase in subscription charges for members
• Encourage more A-class member’s children to join; restrict new 5-year associates through stricter evaluation
• Transparent numbered/date wise application process with secret ballot for new memberships and avoid out-of-turn interview calls
• Diligent exercise to remove ghost members from membership roster
• No additional sporting charge other than golf for outstation members
