In pursuance of the Hon’ble Supreme Court’s Order dated 30.07.2019, please find attached the advance receipt for disbursal of your amount in Unitech matter. We have also attached the list which includes your amount to be disbursed and the serial numbers.
Please leave the Amount Column Blank In the Advance Receipt. In case you have already couriered the Advance receipt with the Amount coloumn then you Need Not send the same again.
Kindly follow the undermentioned procedure:
(1) Fill up your personal details in the advance receipt ( attached with the Email).
(2)Attach the undermentioned documents:
(A) One cancelled cheque pertaining to Bank A/c.
(B) First Page of Bank A/c Pass book or Bank A/c Statement
(C) PAN Card
(D) Voter Id Card/Aadhar Card
(E) Copy of FDR Receipt Or any other valid supporting document.
Kindly ensure that the documents are self-attested and attached in seriatim, as above mentioned.
Physical copies of the documents, signed in original, are to be couriered to the undermentioned address:
